Total Workout And Total Adjustability
The E95 excels in giving both a rigorous lower body and upper body workout. It starts with the stability given to it by a substantial 29 pound flywheel. The flywheel is used to create resistance and the overall motion of the unit.

One feature we were pleased to see on the E95 was inclusion of not only heart sensors on the handrails but a chest strap. Although not everyone uses the chest strap it's nice to have hands free monitoring of your heart rate.
This works in concert with some of the included programs which are sensitive to your heart rate and the workout intensity they provide. This enables you to work in the safe range of exertion.
The trick is to push your heart rate up enough to cause improvement in your cardiovascular system but you also don't want to overdo it and exhaust yourself beyond a safe point.
With effective heart monitoring and conscious workout programs you can exercise both safely and effectively.
Extra Features
The E95 comes with a space to put an mp3 player such as an ipod if you enjoy listening to music while working out (it can really help pass the time away).
For those more intense workout sessions you also have a cooling fan and place to put your favorite cold beverage to give some much needed relief and refreshment so you can push through a plateau.
